At Fumerlabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If your purchase isn't a perfect match, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Fumerlabs account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
